Black bear charges into Wisconsin home, attacks couple

MEDFORD, Wis. (FOX 9) – A Wisconsin couple is recovering following a black bear billed into their house, attacking equally of them.

The Taylor County Sheriff’s Business office states they ended up known as at 11:11 p.m. for the assault at the property just west of the metropolis of Medford in northern Wisconsin.

Deputies say the couple noticed the bear having from its fowl feeder. They opened a window to shoo it away. In its place, they say bear billed toward the residence, broke by way of the window and received into the residence.

The bear attacked both the spouse and spouse, irrespective of endeavours by the wife to guard herself with a kitchen area knife. The few both of those suffered “many bites and injures from the attack,” the sheriff writes.

Sooner or later, the husband was ready to get a gun and shoot the bear, killing it. The couple was dealt with for their accidents and have because been launched from the medical center. The Wisconsin DNR has taken possession of the bear’s overall body for tests. The bear was with a cub at the time of the assault. The couple says the cub ran away when the bear billed at them.
